 For your personal safety and security, we ship to you in blind packaging. Our Finance Department will inform you about the name of the sender. Our return address will be on the package. We conceal that the contents may be rare or valuable. We are experts in dealing with the transit of high value items.

All packages are insured for full invoice amount.

If for any reason you intend to return a package to us, you must make sure to call our office and speak with you account advisor. A return authorization code must be on the package or it will not be accepted in our receiving department. You can reach you account advisor and clients services department at 877-609-SAFE to receive proper instructions for shipping and insuring the contents.

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If you have a preference please let your account advisor or a member of our client services team know and we will make the arrangements at your request.
